Your enquiries and contact details

Eric Julien CICCOTTI, sole trader, is the controller of data submitted to MontageFitnessPro. The form collects your name, email, installation location, requested service and equipment details. Your phone number, access details and timing are optional. Required fields are marked with an asterisk and enable us to assess and respond to your request.

We use this information to prepare a quote, manage communications and, if you accept an offer, manage the customer relationship. Processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request and, where applicable, performance of a contract. Accounting records are retained to meet legal obligations. Technical data required to secure the form, including the IP address, is used to prevent abuse on the basis of the business’s legitimate interests.

Recipients and retention

Requests are sent to the business by email. Netlify hosts the website and Resend delivers messages. These providers process the data needed for their tasks. Your contact details and request content are not sent to Google Analytics and do not automatically subscribe you to marketing messages.

Communications are retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and customer relationship. Records needed to support a contract or meet legal obligations are retained for the relevant purpose; invoices are retained for ten years. You may request further information or deletion of data that no longer needs to be retained.

Some providers are based in the United States and may process data outside the European Union. Their commitments and applicable safeguards are described in the privacy information provided by Netlify, Resendand, if you accept analytics, Google.

Language and WhatsApp

Your browser’s preferred language may suggest the English version. The homepage opens in English automatically only after you explicitly select that language. You can change language at any time using FR / EN. Your explicit choice is stored in your browser. WhatsApp opens only when you click its link; no embedded WhatsApp widget is loaded on this website. Reviewing professional enquiries

You may provide your customer type and company name. To qualify enquiries and protect commercially sensitive information, the email domain may be compared with a list of businesses in our sector. A match is an indication for manual review, not proof of identity or a reason for automatic rejection. This review is based on the business’s legitimate interests; you can object or ask for a correction using the contact details below.

Origin of requests and prevention of misuse

Your details help us prepare your quote. When you submit, your IP address, approximate connection area and repeated submissions are used to help prevent misuse and included in the internal notification email. No automatic rejection or newsletter subscription.

When you submit the form, Netlify provides the connection IP address and, where available, an approximate city, region and country. These details are included in the notification email sent to MontageFitnessPro, alongside the intervention location you provide. They are not sent in your acknowledgement email or published on the website. There is no precise geolocation, GPS permission, device fingerprinting or monitoring of every visitor.

A private Netlify log retains a keyed fingerprint of the IP, a request reference and a timestamp to identify repeated submissions within the preceding 30 days. It contains no raw IP, message or contact details. Older entries are excluded from comparisons immediately and deleted by a daily cleanup. The notification emails follow the retention rules for handling enquiries described above; the website cannot automatically erase copies held in mailboxes.

This limited review serves our legitimate interest in preventing abusive enquiries and protecting commercially sensitive information. It does not establish identity. Shared networks, mobile connections and VPNs can produce misleading locations; an apparent discrepancy never causes automatic rejection. Netlify does not provide a VPN or operator check in this implementation, and no additional IP analysis service receives your details. You may request access, correction, deletion or object using the contact details below. You may also contact us directly by telephone or email.

Cookies and analytics

Your project choices may be stored for the browser session to make it easier to return to a previous step.

When configured, Google Analytics is loaded only after you consent, to measure visits and interactions. Your choice is stored in your browser. Declining or withdrawing consent does not prevent you from using the form or contacting us. The website does not integrate advertising cookies.

Exercising your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and, where applicable, portability of your data, or object to processing. Write to contact@montagefitnesspro.fror to the administrative address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

An enquiry followed by a tailored quote

This website allows you to request an assessment for assembly, installation, disassembly, reassembly or on-site handling of fitness equipment. Submitting the form is not an order or a booking. No payment is requested on the website.

Feasibility, scope of work, price, any travel costs, payment terms and appointment are set out in a quote before you commit. Any change of scope or additional service requires prior agreement.

Preparing equipment and access

To plan the work, specify the brand, model, quantity, condition and access: floors, stairs, lift, parking and passage dimensions. Instructions, parts and accessories needed for assembly must be available. A constraint discovered on site may require the work to be adjusted or postponed after discussion with you.

For a move between addresses, road transport is arranged by the customer or a third-party carrier. Disassembly, preparation, on-site handling and reassembly are defined separately in the quote.

Registration and insurance

Administrative reactivation of the business and confirmation of professional insurance coverage are ongoing. Final details and coverage appropriate to the service must be confirmed before any contractual commitment or intervention.

Your rights and communications with the business

Contractual terms, including postponement or cancellation, are provided before you accept the quote. Consumer rights for distance or off-premises contracts, including the statutory fourteen-day withdrawal period where applicable, remain protected. Early performance requires the formalities prescribed by law; submitting a quote request does not waive these rights.
