Create or renew a shared fitness room with assembly planned around your building’s access and operations. For several machines or several addresses in mainland France, start with your equipment list.
Preparing your space
- Send brands, models, quantities and the town for each site. We then discuss the equipment layout and the work required with the person responsible for the premises.
- Common areas, lift dimensions, working hours and access permissions are reviewed before scheduling. Identify the building manager, reception or facilities contact who can confirm the arrangements.
- The quote details assembly, positioning, any disassembly, on-site handling and travel. Tell us about purchase order or supplier registration requirements early so they can be reviewed before agreement.
- For multiple sites, a consolidated equipment list starts the process. Each address is checked separately for access, work and scheduling; checks after assembly follow the agreed scope and equipment instructions.
- You or your carrier organise road transport. Each installation appointment is confirmed after agreement and confirmation that the equipment is available.

Can you assemble equipment bought from another seller?
Yes. MontageFitnessPro is an independent service provider. We assess equipment purchased in a shop, online or second-hand using its model, instructions and available parts. You do not need to buy equipment from us.
How much does gym equipment assembly cost?
The quote depends on the model, number of machines, access and travel. Assembly, handling and any additional work are specified. Send the model and your town for a tailored quote before booking.
Where do you work?
We assess requests throughout mainland France. Feasibility and travel costs depend on the location, equipment and schedule. Flexible dates or several machines at one site can help organise a longer trip.
Can you disassemble and reassemble a machine?
These operations can be planned together. Provide both locations, the model and access details. Road transport between addresses is arranged by you or your carrier. Packing, on-site handling and reassembly are defined in the quote.
When can the installation take place?
An appointment is agreed after reviewing the request and confirming that the equipment has arrived. Tell us your preferred dates and availability. Submitting the form does not automatically book a visit.
