Install or replace several machines in your hotel, spa or residence. Plan equipment assembly around technical access, deliveries and the working periods available to your teams, throughout mainland France.
Preparing your space
- Send your establishment’s town, equipment models and quantities to start. We review treadmills, bikes, rowing machines and strength equipment from your chosen supplier.
- We prepare access with your on-site contact, reception or technical team. Service lifts, delivery routes, floors to protect and quieter periods help define the work.
- For a replacement project, the quote separates disassembly of existing equipment, on-site handling and assembly of new machines. Positioning and checks are defined for the equipment and its instructions.
- Required power supplies must be available. Electrical works and maintenance are not automatically part of assembly; any additional work needs to be agreed separately.
- The quote includes travel. Your establishment or carrier arranges road transport, and the installation date is confirmed around delivery and equipment availability.

Can you assemble equipment bought from another seller?
Yes. MontageFitnessPro is an independent service provider. We assess equipment purchased in a shop, online or second-hand using its model, instructions and available parts. You do not need to buy equipment from us.
How much does gym equipment assembly cost?
The quote depends on the model, number of machines, access and travel. Assembly, handling and any additional work are specified. Send the model and your town for a tailored quote before booking.
Where do you work?
We assess requests throughout mainland France. Feasibility and travel costs depend on the location, equipment and schedule. Flexible dates or several machines at one site can help organise a longer trip.
Can you disassemble and reassemble a machine?
These operations can be planned together. Provide both locations, the model and access details. Road transport between addresses is arranged by you or your carrier. Packing, on-site handling and reassembly are defined in the quote.
When can the installation take place?
An appointment is agreed after reviewing the request and confirming that the equipment has arrived. Tell us your preferred dates and availability. Submitting the form does not automatically book a visit.
